The Florida Public Service Commission Order approving Florida Power & Light Company's petition for recovery of incremental storm restoration costs for Hurricanes Ian and Nicole and approving consolidated interim storm restoration recovery surcharge. In re: Petition for limited proceeding for recovery of incremental storm restoration costs related to Hurricanes Ian and Nicole, by Florida Power & Light Company.
f. The Florida Public Service Commission Order approving Duke Energy Florida, LLC's Interim Storm Cost Recovery Charge. In re: Petition for limited proceeding for recovery of incremental storm restoration costs related to Hurricanes Elsa, Eta, Isaias, Ian, Nicole, and Tropical Storm Fred, by Duke Energy Florida, LLC.
g. City of Orlando Voluntary Annexation Request: 7525 Narcoossee Road -ANX2022-10013. The public hearing and request for second reading of this Ordinance is scheduled for the city council meeting to be held on Monday, April 3, 2023. First reading of this Ordinance was approved on March 20, 2023. Attached Notice of Proposed Enactment as follows: On Monday, April 3, 2023, the Orlando City Council will consider proposed Ordinance # 2023-12, entitled: An Ordinance of the city council of the City of Orlando, Florida, annexing to the corporate limits of the city certain land generally located east of Narcoossee Road, south of Lee Vista Boulevard, and north of the Beachline Expressway (SR 528), and comprised of 4.99 acres of land, more or less, and amending the city’s boundary description; amending the city’s growth management plan to designate the property as airport support district-medium intensity and conservation on the city’s official future land use maps; providing for amendment of the city's official future land use maps; providing for severability, correction of scrivener’s errors, permit disclaimer, and an effective date.
