REMARKS: The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD), formerly known as the Reedy Creek Improvement District, is granting Orange County two Non-Exclusive Permanent Utility Easements along Hartzog Road in connection with the Hartzog Road Attainable Housing development.

The easements consist of 4,149 square feet for potable water facilities and 5,920 square feet for reuse water facilities, totaling 10,069 square feet. The easements will provide Orange County Utilities with permanent rights to access, operate, maintain, repair, and replace existing utility facilities within the Hartzog Road right-of-way controlled by CFTOD.

The agreement establishes the conditions under which the County may access and maintain these facilities, including applicable right-of-way permitting requirements. It also allows CFTOD to require relocation of the facilities at the County's expense under certain circumstances.

The easements are being donated to Orange County. Grantor to pay recording fees.
