The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROCUREMENT:

The Consultant shall provide commissioning services for the Orange County Convention Center Phase 5A Improvements. These services will be provided throughout the project to ensure building systems perform as specified in the project documents and meet LEED project goals. This will be achieved by developing and executing a testing plan, observing performance, and documenting performance to ensure that performance criteria are met and energy savings can be achieved.  The focus of this contract shall be on the functional testing, testing and balancing verification, and training to ensure that building systems are performing in accordance with the plans, specifications, and commissioning specifications, where applicable. This project is located in District 6.

FUNDING:

Funding is available in account number 04430-035-0968-00-6210.

DISCUSSION:

Five proposals were received in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) and were evaluated in accordance with the criteria set forth in the RFP.  Graef-USA, Inc. and Setty & Associates International, PLLC scored too low to advance for Board consideration.

The proposals were evaluated by the Procurement Committee on January 22, 2025. Commissioner Michael Scott was assigned to the Procurement Committee.
