The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

REMARKS: Orange County currently leases approximately 4,620 square feet of warehouse space under a triple net lease approved by the Board on September 1, 2009, at 9180 and 9220 Boggy Creek Road, Suites 109, 122, and 212 for storage of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office Ag/Marine vehicles and equipment. Due to the need for additional space, they will move from Suites 109, 122, and 212, and relocate to Suites 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11, with a total area of 11,250 square feet within the same development.

This new Lease Agreement will continue to provide storage space for the vehicles and equipment at 9180 Boggy Creek Road, Suites 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11, Orlando, Florida 32824.

This action will terminate the current lease for Suites 109, 122, and 212 and approve a new lease for five years, including an option for one additional five-year renewal.
