REMARKS: The property is located north of SR 417 and east of S. International Drive and is identified by Parcel No.: 36-24-28-5359-00-023 (“Property”). Property appears to have platted unnamed roadways that were never improved upon and is vacant, zoned A-1, Citrus Rural, with a Low Density Residential future land use and rectangular in shape. The appraisal reported 5.56 gross acres and consists of 0.54 wetlands acres per the Land Cover map provided by EPD. Property is located within Zone “X” of FEMA Flood Map 12095C0605F.
This action adds 5.55 acres of ESL to the Environmental Protection Division’s Green PLACE Program. Property meets the evaluation and selection criteria outlined in Administrative Regulation 11.07.01 ESL Acquisition (see attached criteria) and provides water resource protection, aquifer recharge, and flood plain storage; closes gaps between other publicly owned lands.
Closing is contingent upon completion and acceptance of due diligence of the Property, to be undertaken by the County during the inspection period.
Seller to pay documentary stamp taxes and prorated taxes.
