REMARKS: This new License Agreement with Mini Health Clinic, LLC is to provide facility use in the Pine Hills Community Center located at 6408 Jennings Road, Orlando, Florida 32818.
Mini Health Clinic, LLC, is dedicated to helping individuals change their lifestyle and lose weight in the hopes of preventing diabetes. Their program is a one-year group setting that follows CDC curriculum, with a focus on changing eating habits by providing education and resources about healthy eating, helping participants exercise more, and reducing stress. These services are provided at no cost or charge to the public.
The Board desires that the community centers owned and managed by the County be used in a manner that publicly benefits the County’s residents and has designated the Manager of the Community Action Division to be responsible for arranging, managing, and supervising the public use of the County’s community centers for the County’s residents
