H.E.L.P. Community Development Corporation will offer first-time homebuyer education workshops and provide one-on-one counseling sessions for individuals seeking to purchase a home.

This program receives funding under Y23-1080A from Orange County Government and the agency has agreed to report program-related outcomes to Community Action Division staff.

The Board desires that County-owned and County-managed community centers be used in a manner that provides public benefit to County residents. Accordingly, the Board has designated the Manager of the Community Action Division as responsible for arranging, managing, and supervising the public use of County community centers for the benefit of County residents.
