PROCUREMENT:

This contract will provide school zone speed enforcement services throughout Orange County to enhance student safety by reducing speeding, increasing compliance with posted speed limits, and helping prevent traffic-related injuries in and around school zones. Additionally, the project is expected to generate revenue that will help offset and ultimately cover the associated costs. Based on current projections, revenue generated through the program is anticipated to be sufficient to support the investment over time, minimizing any long-term financial impact on the County.

FUNDING:

Funding is available in account number 1002-072-2718-3197.
