The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

Selection options are described below:

PROCUREMENT:

This contract will provide final engineering design and construction plan preparation for the above referenced project and provide design updates as necessary. The Consultant shall perform those engineering services required to prepare a complete set of contract documents (plans and specifications) as described in the Request for Proposals (RFP).

The Consultant shall use the design concepts provided in the Shingle Creek Trail - Phase 4 Alignment Feasibility study and shall perform the required engineering services utilizing all the applicable materials and data collected and provided in the study. This project is located in District 6.

FUNDING:

This project is federally funded through the Florida Department of Transportation Local Agency Program.

DISCUSSION:

Three proposals were received in response to this RFP.  The Procurement Committee evaluated the proposals in accordance with the criteria set forth in this RFP.  The proposal from OM Engineering Services, Inc. scored too low for Board consideration.

The proposals were evaluated by the Procurement Committee on July 23, 2025.  Commissioner Michael Scott was assigned to the Procurement Committee.
