REMARKS: This License Agreement with Volunteers for Community Impact Incorporated (VCI) provides for the use of space at the Orange County Multicultural Senior Center located at 7149 West Colonial Drive, Orlando, Florida 32818.
Through the Senior Companion Program, VCI provides trained volunteers who offer companionship and support to older adults, helping them to maintain independence and stay socially engaged. The program aims to encourage social connection by fostering a welcome and inclusive environment by programming daily activities, such as games, exercise, and group events. VCI hopes to help cultivate a sense of purpose, belonging, and community within the center.
The Board desires that the community centers owned and managed by the County be used in a manner that benefits the County’s residents. The Board has designated the Manager of the Community Action Division to arrange, manage, and supervise the public use of the County’s community centers for County residents.
