REMARKS:

One proposal was received in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) and was evaluated in accordance with the criteria set forth in the RFP. To ensure an open and competitive solicitation process, the RFP was posted to the County’s e-procurement platform. A query of potential proposers that declined to compete on this solicitation resulted in the following:

Barnes, Ferland and Associates, Inc.: Firm reviewed and determined they could not meet the required project experience to successfully compete on this solicitation.

CDM Smith Inc.: Firm opted to better assist as subconsultant.

CPH Consulting, LLC: Firm evaluated the requirements and determined that they would not be able to qualify due to the specific project types and sizes.

Hazen and Sawyer: Firm could not meet the qualifications with their local staff.

The proposal was evaluated by the Procurement Committee on December 4, 2024. Commissioner Maribel Gomez Cordero was assigned to the Procurement Committee.

The consensus scores of the Procurement Committee are attached.
