Selection of two firms and an alternate to provide Continuing Engineering Services for Solid Waste, Request for Proposals Y25-904-CC, from the following firms listed alphabetically:

PROCUREMENT:

The contracts will provide continuing engineering services for solid waste projects. The projects will be located throughout Orange County.

FUNDING:

Task authorizations associated with these continuing contracts will be funded by the County on an as needed basis. 

DISCUSSION:

The services may include planning studies, reports, permitting and operation assistance as required by the Solid waste Division.

 

Three proposals were received in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) and were evaluated in accordance with the criteria contained in the RFP.

Proposals were evaluated by the Procurement Committee on January 15, 2025.  Commissioner Michael Scott was assigned to the Procurement Committee.

 

The scores of the Procurement Committee are attached.
