Ordinance 3370-26 entitled: An Ordinance of the City of Winter Park, Florida, providing for the annexation of approximately 0.07 acres of real property located in the northwest portion of 909 North Wymore Road, as more specifically described herein, into the municipal boundaries of the City of Winter Park; redefining the City boundaries to give the City of Winter Park jurisdiction over said property; providing for severability; providing for an effective date.
e. City of Winter Garden Annexation Ordinance 26-27 with Exhibit A (Legal Description), Exhibit B (Location Map). Ordinance 26-27 entitled: An Ordinance of the City of Winter Garden, Florida providing for the annexation of certain additional lands generally described as approximately 1.30 ± acres located at 1221, 1233, and 1281 Beulah Road, on the northeast corner of Beulah Road and Gillard Avenue, into the City of Winter Garden, Florida; redefining the City boundaries to give the City jurisdiction over said property; providing for severability; providing for an effective date.
f. City of Winter Park Ordinance No. 3374-26, with fund summaries. Ordinance No. 3374-26 entitled: An Ordinance of the City of Winter Park, Florida adopting the annual budget for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2026 and ending September 30, 2027 and accompanying Five Year Capital Improvement Plan; appropriating funds for the general fund, designations trust fund, stormwater utility fund, community redevelopment fund, affordable housing trust fund, multi-modal transportation impact fund, federal forfeiture fund, police grant fund, debt service fund, water and sewer funds, electric utility fund, fleet maintenance fund, equipment replacement fund, employee insurance fund, general insurance fund, cemetery trust fund, general capital projects fund and stormwater capital projects fund; providing for modifications; providing for amendments to said annual budget to carry forward the funding of purchase orders outstanding and unspent project budgets as of September 30, 2026; and authorizing transfer of funds herein appropriated between departments so long as the total fund appropriations shall not be increased thereby.
g. City of Winter Garden Ordinance 26-20 entitled: An Ordinance appropriating and allocating all revenue and funds of the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) of the City of Winter Garden, Florida, for the tax year beginning on October 1, 2026, and ending on September 30, 2027.
h. City of Maitland Resolution No. 16-2026 entitled: A Resolution of the City of Maitland, Florida, adopting the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) budget for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2027, appropriating funds for operating expenses, supplies, personnel and otherwise appropriating funds for the efficient and effective operation of the CRA; providing a means to amend the said budget so as to carry forward the funding of purchase orders, work orders and grants outstanding as of September 30, 2026; providing a means to amend the said budget to reflect grants received after September 30, 2026; authorizing the transfer of funds herein appropriated so long as the total combined appropriations shall not be increased thereby; adopting the revenues and expenditures, and, providing for an effective date.
i. City of Maitland Resolution No. 17-2026 with Exhibit A (Capital Improvements Program FY 2027 -2031). Resolution No. 17-2026 entitled: A Resolution of the City of Maitland Florida Community Redevelopment Agency adopting a resolution approving the 2027-2031 Capital Improvements Program and providing an effective date.
