The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PURPOSE:
The Roadway Agreement Committee has reviewed a Proportionate Share Agreement for Autozone Store No. 0419 Colonial Drive ("Agreement”) by and between AutoZone Stores, LLC and Orange County for a proportionate share payment in the amount of $248,543. Pursuant to Section 163.3180(5)(h), Florida Statutes, an applicant may mitigate capacity deficiencies by entering into a proportionate share agreement and contributing a proportionate share payment. The proportionate share payment is due within 90 days of the effective date of this Agreement. 

The Agreement follows the recommendation of the Roadway Agreement Committee providing for the mitigation of road impacts for two deficient trips on the road segment of Colonial Drive from Forsyth Road to Goldenrod Road in the amount $10,365 per trip, six deficient trips on the road segment of Colonial Drive from Semoran Boulevard to Forsyth Road in the amount of $24,590 per trip, one deficient trip on the road segment of Colonial Drive from Bennett Road to Semoran Boulevard in the amount of $29,061 per trip, two deficient trips on the road segment of Semoran Boulevard from Lake Underhill Road to Colonial Drive in the amount of $25,606 per trip. 


The Roadway Agreement Committee recommended approval on July 17, 2024. The Specific Project Expenditure Report and Relationship Disclosure Forms are on file with the Transportation Planning Division.
