REMARKS:

Eighteen bids were received in response to this Invitation for Bids (IFB) and evaluated for responsiveness, responsibility, and price reasonableness. Lenard Bell Painting, Inc., Silva’s Painting, BigKing Services, and Treasure Coast House Washing Services, LLC, were deemed non-responsive for failing to submit documents required in the IFB. Marvol Enterprises LLC and Viktor Construction Corp. were deemed non-responsible based on the results of the reference checks. Ayopa Inc. met all reference requirements, as confirmed by the reference checks. Price reasonableness was determined through comparison to an engineering estimate developed by the Roads and Drainage Division and comparison to the current County contract for these services.

Therefore, award is recommended to Ayopa Inc.
