The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PURPOSE: To provide space for the City of Orlando to conduct election activities for 2025 Elections.

REMARKS: In prior years, Orange County has provided various facilities, including community centers and recreational facilities, for use as polling places.

This action authorizes the City of Orlando (City) to utilize County-owned facilities located at 9450 S. Orange Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32824 and 3800 S. Econlockhatchee Trail, Orlando, Florida 32824 as polling places during the 2025 election cycle.  

This Agreement establishes the terms and conditions for such use, including City’s access, staffing responsibilities, and utility use. Should the City request additional or alternative County-owned facilities as polling places during the 2025 election cycle, the Real Estate Management Division will review and execute amendments to the Agreement in accordance with the delegated authority.
