The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROCUREMENT:

This contract will provide sodium hypochlorite to disinfect water supplied to utility customers and as a disinfecting agent to meet the water quality standards for reclaimed water.

FUNDING:

Funding is available in account numbers 4420-038-1324-4151, 4420-038-1355-4151, 4420-038-1351-4151, 4420-038-1357-4151, and 4420-038-1360-4151.

APPROVALS:

The Utilities Department and Business Development Division concur with this recommendation.

REMARKS:

Two bids were received in response to this Invitation for Bids (IFB) and were evaluated for responsiveness, responsibility, and price reasonableness. Allied Universal Corp., has met all the requirements identified in the IFB and has a satisfactory record of performance for this type of service. Therefore, the award is recommended to Allied Universal Corp.
