c. City of Orlando Council Agenda Item. A proposed Ordinance with Exhibit A (Legal Description Form), Exhibits B, C, & D (Future Land Use and Zoning Maps), and Orlando Sentinel Notice for Ordinance No. 2021-69 entitled: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Orlando, Florida, annexing to the corporate limits of the City Certain Land generally located north of the Novel Nona Planned Development, east of Narcoossee Road, south of Kirby Smith Road, and west of Lake Whippoorwill and comprised of 24.7 acres of land, more or less; amending the City’s Growth Plan to designate the property as Urban Village, in part and conservation, in part; amending the City’s Growth Management Plan to create Future Land Use Subarea Policy S.40.12; designating the property as planned development on the City’s Official Zoning Maps; providing a site plan and special land development regulations for the planned development; providing for consent to the municipal services taxing unit for Lake Whippoorwill; providing for Amendment of the City’s Official Future Land Use and Zoning Maps; providing for severability, correction of scrivener's errors, permit disclaimer, and an effective date.

A proposed Ordinance with Exhibit A (Map), and Orlando Sentinel Notice for Ordinance No. 2021-70 entitled: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Orlando, Florida, relating to a street name change; renaming “Sylvia Lane” which is described in the Quit Claim Deed recorded in Official Records Book 3367, page 168, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, generally located north of America Street to the Grace Street/Boone Avenue extension, to Boone Avenue;” renaming “South Garland Avenue” which is described in City of Orlando Ordinance dated April 9, 1962, and shown on Boone’s revision plat, as recorded in Plat Book D, page 134, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, generally located south of the City Commons garage to the Grace Street/Boone Avenue Extension, to “Sylvia Lane;” direction amendments to the Official Maps of the City of Orlando, Florida; providing for severability, correction of scrivener's errors, and an effective date.
