The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROCUREMENT:

This amendment will provide additional funding to meet the project needs based on the County’s usage to date.

FUNDING:

Funding is available in account number 1009-034-0672-3810.

APPROVALS:

The Fire Rescue Department concurs with the recommendation.

REMARKS:

On October 13, 2020, the Board authorized the award of Invitation for Bids Y20-1074A to C&D Industrial Maintenance LLC, in the estimated amount of $474,700 for a one-year term, with four additional one-year renewal terms.

 

Previous contract amendments are as follows:

 

Amendment No. 1: Renewed the contract for the period of November 1, 2021 through

October 31, 2022. The contract amount remained unchanged.

Amendment No. 2: Modified the Scope of Services and added funds in the amount of $15,000, for a revised estimated contract amount of $489,700.

 

Amendment No. 3: Renewed the contract for the period of November 1, 2022 through October 31, 2023. The contract amount remained unchanged.

 

Amendment No. 4: Added funds in the amount of $35,000, for a revised estimated contract amount of $524,700.

 

Amendment No. 5: Added funds in the amount of $210,000, for a revised estimated contract amount of $734,700. Board approval was obtained on September 27, 2022.

 

Amendment No. 6: Renewed the contract for the period of November 1, 2023 through

October 31, 2024. The contract amount remained unchanged.

 

Amendment No. 7: Added funds in the amount of $50,000, for a revised estimated contract amount of $784,700.

 

Amendment No, 8: Added funds in the amount of $100,000, for a revised estimated contract amount of $884,700.
