Contributions:
Victim Service Center, Cheers to Change Benefit. - $7,500. This organization helps crime victims with transportation to access services and utilize resources, translation services when assisting victims with language barriers, and provides basic emergency needs such as food and shelter. This contribution is in support of the Cheers to Change benefit event on April 10, 2026, at the Orlando Science Center to raise funding.
Mothers Against Drunk Driving, 2026 MADD Central Florida GALA - $5,000.
Mothers Against Drunk Driving, 2026 MADD Monster Mash & Dash 5K - $5,000.
These contributions, totaling $10,000, provide funding to help the Mothers Against Drunk Driving, Central Florida Chapter, educate residents living in the area about the consequences of driving drunk, educate youth on the dangers and consequences of underage drinking, and offers comfort and support to drunk driving victims. They also provide death notification sensitivity training to law enforcement officers, coroners, and funeral home directors on how to deliver the news of drunk fatalities to family members. The 2026 MADD Central Florida Gala fundraising event will be held on March 21, 2026, at SeaWorld Orlando, Ports of Call. The 2026 MADD Monster Mash & Dash 5K fundraising event will be held on Sept 27, 2026, at SeaWorld Orlando, Ports of Call.
Mental Health Association of Central Florida, Legacy of Champions Luncheon - $7,500. This association works with law enforcement officers who respond to situations where individuals are committing crimes that may be as a result of substance abuse or mental illness. Services are provided to help identify the problems and provide specific needs for those individuals to get them the help that is needed as well as providing free counseling for survivors. The 2025 Legacy of Champions Luncheon will be held on May 28, 2026, at the Rosen Centre in Orlando Florida.
