REMARKS: Conservation Area Impact Permit No. 01-009 (the CAIP) was approved by the Board on September 25, 2001. A Conservation Easement for the site was a requirement of the Permit, although it was not completed at that time.

A partial acquisition from the parent tract to the Blue Heron Beach Resort Homeowners Association has resulted in their participation in executing a Conservation Easement, as a part of the CAIP requirement.

This action ensures the Conservation Easements (Easements) will be retained forever in their natural condition to prevent any use of the described easement areas that might impair or interfere with the environmental value of the property.

The Owner and County intend for the conditions and covenants contained in these Easements to run with the land in perpetuity and to be binding on all subsequent owners and occupants of any portion of the property. Owner to pay recording fees.
