The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

REMARKS: The County has leased this space since 2003 for the Sheriff’s Aviation Operations at the Orlando Executive Airport under a sublease agreement with Hangarco, II, Inc. approved by the Board on December 2, 2003.  The Lease between Hangarco, II and the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) expired on May 31, 2025, and the County is entering into a direct Lease with GOAA with an effective date of June 1, 2025.  This will ensure continuity of the Sheriff’s Aviation Operations.

The Lease includes an allocation of $527,562.20 for rent credit allocated over the first two years of the initial term of the Lease.  This credit is in consideration of improvements that will be made by the County to the leased premises to better support the operations of the Sheriff’s Aviation Operations.
