The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROCUREMENT:

This contract will provide engineering design, construction plan preparation of utilities improvements and relocations associated with the Public Works Woodbury Road Widening Project from Colonial Drive to South of South Lake Underhill. The utilities improvements include removing and replacing existing facilities to resolve any potential conflicts with the road widening improvements. This project is located in District 4.

FUNDING:

Funding is available in account numbers 4420-038-1482-0073-6345 and 4420-038-1504-0087-6345.

REMARKS:

The proposals were evaluated by the Procurement Committee on June 12, 2024. Commissioner Emily Bonilla was assigned to the Procurement Committee.

Five proposals were received in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) and were evaluated in accordance with the criteria set forth in the RFP. M/S Sietricon was deemed non-responsive for failing to provide documents required in the RFP.
