PROCUREMENT:
This amendment authorizes additional professional engineering services for Median Modification Improvements for Town Center Boulevard at Hunters Creek Promenade, Town Center Boulevard at Place Boulevard, Curry Ford Road at Lamberton Drive and modular roundabout design at Lake Underhill Road at Rocking A Run, utilizing the existing intersection footprint of Lake Underhill Road at Rocking A Run. This amendment will add $72,263.91 to the total task authorization amount for a revised total of $513,586.55. This project is in District 4.
FUNDING:
Funding is available on account number 1002-072-2721-3197.
APPROVALS:
The Traffic Engineering Division concurs with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
The Board approved the selection of Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. to provide professional services through continuing contract Y21-906-B that was executed September 22, 2021. Subsequently, Task Authorization No. 19 was issued for the design and post design of the Median Modification Improvements at Town Center Blvd at Hunters Creek Promenade, Town Center Blvd at Place Blvd and Curry Ford Road at Lamberton Drive in the total task authorization amount of $44,051.67. The Task Authorization was issued June 03, 2024.
Subsequent change orders to Task Authorization No. 19 are as follows:
Change Order No. 1: Added funds for additional services in the amount of $16,200.81, for a revised total amount of $60,252.48.
Change Order No. 2: Added funds for additional services in the amount of $266,987.25, for a revised total amount of $327,239.73.
Change Order No. 3: Added funds for additional services in the amount of $11,173.32, for a revised total amount of $338,413.05.
Change Order No. 4: Added funds for additional services in the amount of $32,380.24, for a revised total amount of $370,793.29.
Change Order No. 5: Added funds for additional services in the amount of $62,872.08, for a revised total amount of $433,665.37.
Change Order No. 6: Added funds for additional services in the amount of $7,657.27, for a revised total amount of $441,322.64.
