The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PROCUREMENT:

This contract will provide a high-level technical evaluation to determine the benefits and challenges of widening the roadway to improve access, safety, and mobility in east Orange County between Colonial Drive (State Road 50) to Percival Road. This project is located in District 5.

FUNDING:

Funding is available in account number 1002-072-2732-3110.

 

DISCUSSION:

The consultant shall assist the County by providing project planning, preliminary engineering, and environmental/social impact analysis services for the project. The consultant shall perform those services required for location/design studies, social and environmental effects, multimodal use, safety, engineering reports and public hearings.

Two proposals were received in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP). The Procurement Committee evaluated the proposals in accordance with the criteria set forth in this RFP. 

The proposals were evaluated by the Procurement Committee on September 18, 2024. Commissioner Christine Moore was assigned to the Procurement Committee.
