REMARKS: This action amends the original Drainage Fee Agreement approved by the Board on June 7, 2018, to allow additional properties to connect and/or discharge stormwater into the Orange County owned pond which is approximately 3.53 acres.
The addition of these properties and the need for these agreements were contemplated by the “Village H Horizon West Road Network Agreement (C.R. 545)” approved by the Board on February 12, 2013 (and as that agreement was subsequently amended).
The Additional Drainage Fee and all recording fees to be paid by DHIC-Waterleigh II, LLC.
