REMARKS: This new License Agreement with Specialized Treatment, Education and Prevention Services, Inc. (STEPS) is to provide facility use in the Eastside Health Center - Building A, located at 12050 East Colonial Drive, Orlando, Florida 32826. This License Agreement grants STEPS a limited right to use the licensed space solely for the services authorized under Agreement No. Y25-2231.
STEPS is a not-for-profit organization based in Orlando that provides medication for Opioid Use Disorder, mental health and psychological treatment, counseling services, peer recovery support services, social support, and case management services, along with community outreach services for individuals living with substance use and mental health disorders.
The Board desires that the Orange County Medical Clinics owned and managed by the County be used in a manner that publicly benefits the County’s residents and has designated the Manager of the Drug Free Office to be responsible for arranging, managing, and supervising the public use of the County’s medical clinic for the County’s residents.
