The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

Selection options are described below:

PURPOSE: To provide space at the Orange County Public Service Communication Facility for the City of Apopka to install and operate a communications antenna system.

REMARKS: This action allows the City of Apopka to use space on Orange County’s radio communication tower, located at 6350 Wadsworth Road, Mount Dora, Florida 32757, to install their FlexNet antenna system. The City of Apopka will be responsible for all costs related to its equipment and Orange County will provide access without charging a rental fee.

The agreement has an initial term of 10 years, with an automatic renewal for an additional 10 years unless terminated by either party with one year’s written notice. 

The Agreement is entered into pursuant to Section 163.01, Florida Statutes, to facilitate cooperation between local governments for shared use of public service radio communication facilities.
