The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

REMARKS: This new License Agreement with University of Central Florida Research Foundation, Inc. for Center for Public and Nonprofit Management (CPNM) is to provide facility use in the Hal P. Marston Community Center (CAD) located at 3933 W D Judge Drive, Orlando, Florida 32808.  

CPNM strives to empower individuals and nonprofit organizations by providing technical troubleshooting, device management and navigation, and a digital literacy and skills training program with a wide range of administrative and program related tasks that support their overall success.

The attached Exhibit F outlines the Innovation Office’s vision for the program, as well as the community need, the programmatic approach that will be employed by UCF, and the additional funding sources for the program provided by the county.

This program is funded by Orange County government, and the agency has agreed to report outcomes associated with this program to Community Action Division staff.

The Board desires that the community centers owned and managed by the County be used in a manner that publicly benefits the County’s residents and has designated the Manager of the Community Action Division to be responsible for arranging, managing, and supervising the public use of the County’s community centers for the County’s residents.
