The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROCUREMENT:

The project scope of work includes replacement of existing rooftop fans and associated electrical at the Orange County Convention Center West Building. The fans and curbs shall be furnished by the Owner and installed by the contractor. Select fans will require curbs to be provided by the contractor as indicated on documents. This project is located in District 6.

FUNDING:

Funding is available in account number 4430-035-0966-6210.

APPROVALS:

The Capital Planning Division and the Business Development Division concur with this recommendation.

REMARKS:

Two bids were received in response to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) and evaluated for responsiveness, responsibility, and price reasonableness. The bid submitted from Harper Limbach LLC is considered reasonable based on comparison to the engineer’s estimate. The references provided were satisfactory for this type of work and Harper Limbach LLC has been determined to be responsible.  Therefore, the award is recommended to the low responsive responsible bidder Harper Limbach LLC.
