M/S Sietricon was deemed non-responsive for failing to provide documents required in the RFP. Gardiner & Theobald, Inc. and Hill International, Inc. scored too low to advance for Board consideration.

A timely protest was filed from Geotech Consultants International, Inc. DBA GCI, Inc. In accordance with the Procurement Ordinance, a protest hearing was held on November 12, 2024, resulting in the protest committee denying the protest. No appeal was filed.

The proposals were evaluated by the Procurement Committee on September 4, 2024. Commissioner Christine Moore was assigned to the Procurement Committee.
