The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

Ordinance 23-26 entitled: An Ordinance of the City Council of Winter Garden, Florida, providing for the annexation of certain additional lands generally described as approximately 0.11 + acres located at 540 Oak Street, west of Oak Street, south of Magnolia Avenue, east of 9th Street, and north of East Story Road into the City of Winter Garden, Florida; redefining the city boundaries to give the city jurisdiction over said property; providing for severability; providing for an effective date.

 

g. City of Winter Garden Ordinance # 23-29 with Exhibit A (Legal Description), Exhibit B, (Location Map). h. City of Orlando Voluntary Annexation Request: 2930 Eunice Avenue. - ANX2023-10005 Ordinance 2023-47. The public hearing and request for second ordinance reading is scheduled for the City Council meeting to be held January 8, 2024. The first reading of this ordinance was approved by City Council, on December 11, 2023. Ordinance 2023-47 Notice of Proposed Enactment. On Monday, January 8, 2024, the Orlando City Council will consider proposed Ordinance #2023-47, entitled an ordinance of the City  of Orlando, Florida, annexing to the corporate limits of the city certain land generally located north of Silver Star Road; east of Mercy Drive, and south of Shader Road, and comprised of 4.88 acres of land, more or less, and amending the city's boundary description; amending the city’s adopted growth management plan to designate the property as industrial, on the city's official future land use maps, designating the property as industrial-general with the Wekiva Overlay District, on the city’s official zoning maps; providing for amendment of the city’s official future land use and zoning maps; providing for severability, correction of scrivener's errors, permit disclaimer, and an effective date.
