NovoaGlobal, Inc. filed a timely protest. In accordance with the Procurement Ordinance, a protest hearing was held on April 13, 2026. The Protest Committee unanimously denied the protest. Timely appeals were received from American Traffic Solutions, Inc. dba Verra Mobility  and NovoaGlobal, Inc.
