PROCUREMENT:

REMARKS:

On November 13, 2018, the Board authorized award of Invitation for Bids (IFB) Y18-1053 to Waste Management Inc. of Florida in the estimated contract award amount of $1,499,196.50 for a one-year term, renewable by the Procurement Division for four additional one-year terms.  This contract provides waste disposal and recycling services at County owned and operated facilities.

IFB Y24-146-KS was issued January 9, 2024, resulting in four bid submissions, which all exceeded the engineer’s estimate and are unable to be awarded in the available funding allocation.  Therefore, the IFB was cancelled, and will be resolicited following Facilities Management’s comprehensive review of the current scope and cost factors.
