The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROCUREMENT:

The Consultant shall provide electrical, instrumentation, control and telemetry design, project management, and construction management services for the following facilities:

                     Water supply facilities

                     Water reclamation facilities

                     Reclaimed water facilities

                     Raw water well

                     Aquifer storage wells

                     Alternative water supply facilities

                     Water distribution systems

                     Wastewater collection and pumping systems

                     Reclaimed water distribution facilities

                     All other utility appurtenances requiring the need of an electrical engineering consultant.

This project is located in all districts.

FUNDING:

Task authorizations associated with this continuing contract will be funded by the County on an as needed basis.

APPROVALS:

The Utilities Engineering Division and Business Development concur with this recommendation.

REMARKS:

Three proposals were received in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) and were evaluated in accordance with criteria set forth in the RFP.  The proposals from Engineering Design Technologies Corp. and Gray Matters Systems, LLC scored too low for Board consideration.

The proposals were evaluated by the Procurement Committee on January 8, 2025. Commissioner Michael Scott was assigned to the Procurement Committee.

The consensus scores of the Procurement Committee are attached.
