PROJECT: Subrecipients Agreements for Aspire Health Partners, Inc; Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida, Inc.; Orlando Neighborhood Improvement Corporation, Inc. and ONIC-Maitland Oaks, LLC; and The Salvation Army Project Administration.
PURPOSE: On August 13, 2024, the Board approved the 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan for housing and community development programs, to include Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), funded through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Action Plan utilizes CDBG funds to support capital improvements related to rehabilitation of public facilities that provide services and/or affordable housing to low- to moderate-income individuals and families. Orange County must execute Subrecipient Agreements with the non-profit agencies providing public and homeless services and/or housing. The County Attorney’s Office has reviewed the agreement as to form.
