REMARKS: The Housing and Community Development Division currently leases property located at 701 South Street, Orlando, Florida 32801. This property is on the market for sale, and their current lease will expire on October 11, 2026. This new Lease will relocate the agency to 3191 Maguire Blvd., Suite 200, Orlando, Florida 32803.
The proposed space will be approximately 10,096 square feet, similar to the current location, and will be renovated to accommodate the agency’s operational needs. This agreement also includes an allocation for tenant improvements.
