PROCUREMENT:
This amendment adds funding to expand mental health and outpatient substance abuse services for eligible Ryan White clients living with HIV In Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Lake Counties.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account numbers 7014-060-7302-3235 and 7014-060-7302-3240. Funding is being provided through a federal grant from Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
APPROVALS:
The Health Services Department concurs with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
On February 21, 2023, the Board authorized award of Contract Y23-2502B to Pan American Behavioral Health Services, Inc., in the total contract award amount of $148,639 for a one-year term with four additional one-year renewals.
This project is supported by HRSA. The additional funding will allow Pan American Behavioral Health Services, Inc., to expand mental health and outpatient substance abuse services to an additional 151 clients.
Previous contract amendments are as follows:
Amendment No. 1: Added a service category of Substance Abuse Outpatient Behavioral Health Services and increased the contract by $50,000, for a revised total contract amount of $198,639.
Amendment No. 2: Renewed the contract period from March 1, 2024, through February 28, 2025.
