PROJECT: Evergreen PD / PSP - Allen Street Right-of-Way
PURPOSE: To deny, repudiate, and disclaim any County interest in the Warranty Deed recorded without approval by the Board of County Commissioners and to ratify and confirm the County’s acceptance of road right-of-way recorded without approval by the Board of County Commissioners as conveyed in a Warranty Deed and two Quit Claim Deeds as a requirement of development.

REMARKS: On August 16, 2005, a Warranty Deed in favor of County was recorded without County knowledge or approval. The Resolution to Repudiate being approved in this action repudiates that unapproved Warranty Deed.
Additionally on August 16, 2005, a different Warranty Deed and two Quit Claim Deeds in favor of County were recorded without County knowledge or approval. The areas included in these deeds are needed by County for road right-of-way and the Resolution to Ratify being approved in this action confirms the acceptance of these deeds by County.
