The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROJECT:
Parks Horizon West Regional Park Phase 1 A

 

PURPOSE: To provide funding for additional construction services to complete the capital improvements.

 

BUDGET: Accounting Line Number:  1265-062-2155-6310

 

JUSTIFICATION/DISCUSSION:

To meet the minimum requirements for the location of fire hydrants for this project, either a new fire hydrant needed to be added, or an existing fire hydrant needed to be relocated.  Adding another fire hydrant was more economical and this field change was approved and inspected by Orange County permitting agencies.
