REMARKS:
On June 4, 2024, the Board authorized the selection of Lerch Bates, Inc. and authorized negotiation and execution of a contract by the Procurement Division provided that the contract does not exceed the budget amount of $3,887,700.
During the solicitation process, a revision to the project's Scope Validation Estimate Report occurred, resulting in the not-to-exceed amount being adjusted to $4,480,017 for all phases. The increased budget amount was inadvertently misstated on the board agenda item. The updated amount reflects the necessary adjustments to support the project's scope and deliverables effectively.
