REMARKS: This License Agreement with Seniors First, Inc. is to provide space for the Meals on Wheels program at three Orange County Community Centers as follows:

The goal of Seniors First, Inc. is to enhance the quality of life for the seniors of Orange County by maintaining their independence and dignity through nutrition and support services. The cornerstone of the program is the followship, camaraderie, and increased socialization of seniors by spending time with others. Meals on Wheels is one of their outreach programs that provides breakfast and lunch meals for homebound seniors.
The Board desires that County-owned and County-managed community centers be used in a manner that provides public benefit to County residents. Accordingly, the Board has designated the Manager of the Community Action Division as responsible for arranging, managing, and supervising the public use of County community centers for the benefit of County residents.
