REMARKS: This License Agreement with L.A.N.E.S. Teenage Girls, Inc. ("L.A.N.E.S."), provides for the use of space at the John Bridges Community Center located at 445 West 13th Street, Apopka, Florida 32703.
L.A.N.E.S. provides self-esteem and confidence-building programs, character development, leadership development, and life-skills workshops designed to prepare teenage girls for life after high school graduation.
The Board desires that community centers owned and managed by the County be used in a manner that benefits the County’s residents. The Board has designated the Manager of the Community Action Division to arrange, manage, and supervise the public use of the County’s community centers for County residents.
