REMARKS: The property located at 2500 33rd Street, Orlando, Florida, 32839 at the southeast quadrant of Interstate 4 and John Young Parkway (the Property), consists of approximately 3.82 acres and includes a four-story, 200-room motel, commonly known as the Developer Inn.
The Property is a strategic County acquisition due to its location and proximity to other County-owned properties and has potential to support future community and family services initiatives, and other public purposes.
Closing is contingent upon completion and acceptance of due diligence, title review, delivery of vacant possession, and satisfaction of all contractual contingencies. Seller shall pay documentary stamp taxes, prorated taxes, and other seller closing costs, as provided in the Agreement.
