REMARKS: Hancock Lone Palm North (the Owner) received approval for the Hancock Lone Palm North Subdivision, whereas the Environmental Protection Division (EPD) issued Conservation Area Impact (CAI) CAI-23-06-030 modified by CAI-23-06-030-MM (collectively “Permit”). This Permit requires the Owner to place certain portions of the property into a Conservation Easement dedicated to Orange County.
This action ensures the Conservation Easement will be retained forever in its natural condition to prevent any use of the Conservation Easement that might impair or interfere with the environmental value of the Easement.
This action also provides access to the property from Hancock Lone Palm Road for purposes of County ingress or egress to inspect the Conservation Easement until such time as the property is platted. Once the Property is platted the blanket easement over the property shall terminate and the County is granted access to the Conservation Easement via the platted roads. The Owner and County intend for the conditions and covenants contained in this Agreement to run with the land in perpetuity and to be binding on all subsequent owners and occupants of any portion of the property. Owner to pay recording fees.
