Ordinance 2026-13 entitled: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Orlando, Florida, relating to a street name change; renaming "Alexander Place" which is depicted and referenced in the plat Creative Village Phase 3, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 109, Page 2, of the public records of Orange County, Florida, generally located between N. Hughey Avenue and Chatham Avenue to George Stuart Place; directing amendments to the official maps of the City of Orlando, Florida; providing for severability, correction of scrivener's errors, and an effective date.

Ordinance No. 2026-08 entitled: An Ordinance of the City of Ocoee, Florida, annexing into the corporate limits of the City of Ocoee, Florida, certain real property containing approximately 0.38 acres located at 5068 Adair Street, located west of Adair Street, approximately 750 feet south of the intersection of Clarcona Ocoee Road and Adair Street, pursuant to the application submitted by the property owner; finding said annexation to be consistent with the Envision 2045 Ocoee Comprehensive Plan, the Ocoee City code and the Joint Planning Area Agreement; providing for and authorizing the update of official City maps; providing direction to the City Clerk; providing for severability; prevailing in the event of any inconsistency; and providing for an effective date.

j City of Orlando Voluntary Annexation Request - 2901 Corrine Drive - ANX2025-10004. Notice of Proposed Enactment. The Orlando City Council will consider proposed Ordinance # 2026-11, entitled: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Orlando, Florida, annexing to the corporate limits of the City certain land generally located north of Corrine Drive, east of Janice Avenue, south of Marble Avenue and west of E. Winter Park Road and comprised of 0.22 acres of land, more or less, providing for severability, correction of scrivener’s errors, and an effective date. The public hearing and request for second reading of this ordinance is scheduled for the City Council meeting to be held on Monday, August 10, 2026. First reading of this ordinance was approved on June 8, 2026. The Board of County Commissioners approved the annexation request and an interlocal agreement between the City and Orange County on July 14, 2026.
