The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROCUREMENT:

This amendment will extend the contract for the period of April 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025 and add funds needed to cover services for the extension period at existing contracted rates while a procurement process is complete. The resolicitation is currently active and will close on March 27, 2025.

FUNDING:

Funding is available in account number 0001-023-0390-3197.

APPROVALS:

The Mayor’s Office concurs with this recommendation.

REMARKS:

On November 19, 2019, the Board authorized award of Invitation for Bids Y20-101 to Cogent Strategies LLC, in the estimated contract award amount of $122,000 for one year-term, with further approval for the Procurement Division to renew the contract for four additional one-year terms.

Previous contract amendments are as follows:

Amendment No. 1: Renewed the contract for the period of December 1, 2020 through November 30, 2021.  There was no change to the contract amount.

Amendment No. 2: Renewed the contract for the period of December 1, 2021 through November 30, 2022.  There was no change to the contract amount.

Amendment No. 3: Renewed the contract for the period of December 1, 2022 through November 30, 2023.  There was no change to the contract amount.

Amendment No. 4: Renewed the contract for the period of December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2024.  There was no change to the contract amount.

Amendment No. 5: Extended the contract term for the period of December 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025 and added funds in the amount of $50,000, for a revised estimated contract amount of $172,000.
