Approval and execution of Agreement for Sale and Purchase by and between John A. Tucker and Charles E. Schrum Jr., as Successor Co-Trustees of that certain unrecorded revocable living trust agreement known as the Tucker Family Trust and Orange County, Florida, approval of Warranty Deed, and authorization for the Manager of the Real Estate Management Division to exercise all delegations of authority expressly provided by the Agreement for Sale and Purchase, disburse funds to pay purchase price in the amount of $4,111,604.33, and perform all actions necessary and incidental to closing for Green PLACE Parcel 160. REMARKS: The property is located along the north side of N. Fort Christmas Road with a physical address of N. Fort Christmas Road, Christmas, Florida identified by Tax ID No. 16-22-33-0000-00-023 (“Property”) (see area in mint green on the attached map). The Property is a vacant parcel, zoned A-2, Farmland Rural District, and has a Rural future land use. The Property contains 239.02 gross acres and is irregular in shape and County is purchasing 200+ acres. 
This action adds 200+ acres of ESL to the Environmental Protection Division’s Green PLACE Program.  Property meets the evaluation and selection criteria outlined in Administrative Regulation 11.07.01 ESL Acquisition (see criteria attached) and provides water resource protection, aquifer recharge, and floodplain storage; closes gaps between other publicly owned lands.
Closing is contingent upon completion and acceptance of due diligence of the Property, to be undertaken by the County during the inspection period.
Seller to pay documentary stamp taxes, closing fee, lien search, title search, owners title insurance, recording warranty deed, Florida Form 9.2, and prorated taxes.
