The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROCUREMENT:

The consultant will provide CEI services and assist the County by providing project management and support services for the construction of a variety of Orange County’s capital improvement projects. The projects will be located throughout Orange County.

FUNDING:

The County will fund task authorizations associated with these continuing contracts on an as needed basis.

DISCUSSION:

Services will be assigned as needed and accomplish a specific task described in a detailed scope of work for the task. The tasks to be conducted under this contract may include CEI services and personnel to act as an extension of the County staff for the construction management and oversight of County construction projects.

Six proposals were received in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) and were evaluated in accordance with criteria set forth in the RFP. The proposals from AECOM Technical Services, Inc. and DRMP, Inc. scored too low for Board consideration.

The proposals were evaluated by the Procurement Committee on December 3, 2025. Commissioner Kelly Martinez Semrad was assigned to the Procurement Committee.
