Approval to award Invitation for Bids Y25-791-GV, Public Works Administration Building Window Replacement, to the low responsive and responsible bidder, Timekey Enterprise LLC, in the total contract award amount of $7,902,858 inclusive of Additive #1.

PROCUREMENT:

Work under this contract consists of improvements to the curtain wall framing to replace/repair gaskets, operable windows, or the overall building's windows as needed. Install spandrel glass at floor slabs. Install hurricane-rated doors. Additive #1 consists of landscape design in place of bahia sod. The project is located in District 6.

FUNDING:

Funding is available in account number 1023-043-2091-3810.

APPROVALS:

The Capital Projects Division concurs with this recommendation.

REMARKS:

Two bids were received in response to this Invitation for Bids and evaluated for responsiveness, responsibility, and price reasonableness. Timekey Enterprise LLC. has a satisfactory record of performance for this type of work and has been determined to be responsible.  Based on the evaluation of the bids, it is recommended that the contract be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder. Therefore, an award is recommended to Timekey Enterprise LLC.
